  • Business License (SIUP): We hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) and a specific tourism business license, Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP), issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). This certifies us as a legitimate tour and travel service provider.
  • Tax Identification (NPWP): Our company, under the Juara Holding Group, is registered with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) and is fully compliant with all national and regional tax regulations.
  • Airport Operating Permit: We hold an official permit from PT Angkasa Pura I, the state-owned operator of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), allowing us to conduct commercial operations, including passenger greetings and pickups, within the airport’s restricted areas.
  • Employee Welfare Compliance: All our employees are registered for Indonesia’s mandatory social security programs: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (for employment, accident, and pension benefits) and BPJS Kesehatan (for universal health coverage).
